EPS Vacuum Board Machine
Pre-expanded EPS beads are heated and pressurized in the mold to form a dense core board with extremely high density and closed-cell rate, minimizing gas conduction and convection.
EPS Air-cooled Board Machine
Pre-expanded EPS beads are filled into the mold, steam is introduced for secondary expansion and fusion. Cold air rapidly cools and sets the foam blocks for demolding.
Boiler
Energy supply characterized by stable high-pressure steam, low energy consumption cost, high production efficiency, and compliance with environmental protection standards.
Cutting Machine

The complete EPS foam board production line includes 9 integrated steps:
Phase 1: Raw Material Preparation
Raw material: Expandable polystyrene beads as the base material for EPS production
Steam heating expands polystyrene beads to 20-50 times their original volume
Pre-expanded beads become lightweight, closed-cell foam particles
Storage silo for aging and stabilizing expanded particles before molding
Phase 2: Molding & Forming
Provides compressed air for pneumatic systems and pressure control
Generates high-pressure steam for heating and expansion process
Main molding unit: beads are filled, steamed, and fused into solid foam blocks
Phase 3: Cutting & Finishing
Solid EPS foam blocks ready for cutting into various shapes and sizes
CNC-controlled cutting for precise dimensions and custom profiles
