EPS Vacuum Board Machine
Pre-expanded EPS beads are heated and pressurized in the mold to form a dense core board with extremely high density and closed-cell rate, minimizing gas conduction and convection.
EPS Air-cooled Board Machine
Pre-expanded EPS beads are filled into the mold, steam is introduced for secondary expansion and fusion. Cold air rapidly cools and sets the foam blocks for demolding.
Boiler
Energy supply characterized by stable high-pressure steam, low energy consumption cost, high production efficiency, and compliance with environmental protection standards.
Cutting Machine

完整EPS发泡板材生产线包含9个集成步骤：
阶段1：原料准备
原料：可发性聚苯乙烯珠粒，作为EPS生产的基础材料
蒸汽加热使聚苯乙烯珠粒膨胀至原体积20-50倍
预发泡珠粒成为轻质闭孔泡沫颗粒
料仓用于发泡颗粒成型前的熟化及稳定
阶段2：模塑与成型
为气动系统及压力控制提供压缩空气
产生高压蒸汽，用于加热及膨胀工序
主成型单元：填入珠粒，经蒸汽加热熔结成实心泡沫板块
阶段3：切割与整理
实心EPS泡沫板块，可切割为不同形状及尺寸
CNC控制切割，尺寸精准，可定制型材
