Automatic Feeding System
High-capacity automatic feeding system with servo motor and metering screw for precise material delivery. The conical CE-standard hopper is made of SUS304 stainless steel with dust-proof design.
Feeding Operation Table
Stainless steel feeding platform designed for corrosion resistance. Welded with high-strength steel for safer and more stable support during operation.
Extruders
High-performance extruder with screw and barrel made of 38CrMoAlA material, treated with nitrogen and alloy spraying for durability. The barrel is heated by casting aluminum heating rings with protective cover.
Extruding Die Head
Precision die head with nitrogen-treated mould for wear resistance. Features 10 adjustable screws for die lip gap adjustment, 2-zone temperature control via thermocouple, and pressure gauge for quality sheet output.

Bypass converting screen changer maintains equal material pressure during screen change—no stop, no sheet breakage, no material waste. Supports customization of manual and automatic options.
收卷单元
Stainless steel winding axis with pneumatic control and automatic removing device for labor saving. Equipped with dual switches—press button and pedal switch—for easy operation and safety guarantee.
