Crusher
This wide-mouth crusher internal anti-leakage baffle design boasts high crushing output and can handle multiple types of plastic products efficiently.
Feeding System
The hopper features an internal cyclone feeding design that effectively prevents powder and debris from leaking. It is also equipped with a visual window for real-time monitoring of raw material levels.
Screw and Barrel
The screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAlA with nitrogen treatment, ensuring the extruder's long-term operational life.
Heating System
The heater is made of cast aluminum, with a thickness far exceeding industry standards. Each heating zone is monitored by a thermocouple for real-time display, enabling precise temperature control.
