Foam Rolls Loader
The feeding of the PSP sheet is automatically driven by a cylinder in the informed PSP placing unit. A rubber-covered roller is utilized to unroll the sheet, while photoelectric control ensures that two sheets are put on each set of rollers simultaneously for efficient cycling use.
Heating Unit
Intelligent temperature controller meets requirements of different temperature control in each heating zone. Heating box can be moved back and forth. Heating box makes full use of asbestos packing for optimal heat retention.
Vacuum Forming Unit
The forming area measures 1100mm x 1380mm, with a forming pressure of 20t and a maximum forming depth of 80mm. High precision vacuum forming ensures consistent product quality.
Hydraulic Cutting Unit
High-pressure hydraulic cutting system ensures clean and precise cuts. Equipped with powerful oil pump motor for consistent performance.
Automatic Stacking Unit
PLC-controlled stacking system provides automatic stacking, counting, and removing functions. The collection part uses a 2.2KW motor to drive the ball screw for gradual descent, with photoelectric switch controlling stroke to save conveying time.
Online Recycling Unit
The online recycling unit features efficient energy-saving capabilities, high productivity, fine particle crushing, and compact layout design. Significantly reduces production costs by reusing scrap material.
