生产过程

上料
LDPE颗粒送入挤出机，水冷夹套防止料斗入口粘料。

熔融与挤出
颗粒在高温下熔融，螺杆推动熔体通过模头。

发泡与成型
注入发泡剂，塑料膨胀形成泡孔结构，再由模头形成网纹。
4
冷却与切割
风冷及水冷使发泡网定型，再收卷或切至所需长度。

主要特点
主挤出单元
173硬齿面齿轮箱，配AC15KW电机及变频器。38CrMoAlA螺杆与机筒经氮化处理。9区铸铝加热。
旋转模头
2套可定制模头。高强度碳合金钢。单区加热器，配180W×2风机及3KW模头电机。
牵引与切割单元
旋刀式，牵引及切割电机功率0.75KW。变频控制，配计米控制器及预设报警。
滑石粉单元
双螺杆设计改善流动性差的问题。变频电机确保注入精确稳定。
GMS注入泵
单柱塞高压计量泵。计量范围0-3L/H，配60MPa防震压力表及3L熔料罐。
丁烷泵装置
不锈钢注入阀芯，型钢焊接泵座，配柱塞行程可调高压计量泵。

Main Extruding Unit
The main extruder features 173 hard tooth-surface gear box with AC15KW×4P motor equipped with transducer. Cooling water jacket prevents material sticking at hopper inlet. 38CrMoAlA screw and barrel with nitrogen treatment ensures long operational life.
Die Head Extruding Unit
Rotating gear die with 2 sets customizable design. Made of high-strength carbon alloy steel for durability. Single-zone heater module with powerful blower system for efficient foam forming.
Hauling Off and Cutting Unit
Rotating knife type system with adjustable haul-off and cutting motors. Inverter-controlled gear box drive ensures precise length control with meter controller and preset alarming function.
Talcum Powder Unit
Dual-screw design replaces traditional single-screw systems to effectively address poor flow characteristics of talcum powder. Inverter-controlled motor provides precise, stable injection for consistent output quality.
GMS Injecting Pump Unit
High pressure measure pump with single pillar piston design. Features 60MPa shockproof pressure gauge and 3L melting-pot capacity for reliable foaming agent injection.
丁烷泵单元
Stainless steel injecting valve core with profile steel welded pump base. High pressure measure pump with piston itinerary regulation for precise foaming agent control.
