自动供料系统
供料能力为 350-450 kg/hr。304 不锈钢料斗容量 350kg，符合 CE 标准。
不锈钢操作平台
SS41 钢制操作平台及爬梯，符合 CE 标准，便于材料混配与安全操作。
变频牵引

安全发泡剂注入
不锈钢阀芯，60MPa 防震压力表，活塞行程调节，防爆电机。
自动计米器
自动测长装置，计米控制器带预设报警，实现精准裁切控制。
自动裁切系统
气缸驱动刀具运动，裁切力精准、稳定，确保产品尺寸一致。
挤出机特点
⚙️ 耐腐蚀、高硬度挤出机
挤出机加料段设有冷却水套，确保物料流动顺畅并防止堵塞。螺杆机筒与螺杆采用 38CrMoAlA 合金钢 并经过氮化处理，具有出色的耐用性。

Automatic Feeding System
Adopts an automatic feeding system with feeding capacity of 350-450 kg/hr. The entire hopper is made of 304 stainless steel with volume of 350 kilograms, meeting CE standards for safe and efficient material handling.
Stainless Steel Operation Table
Operation table of blending materials made of SS41 steel CE standard. Steel ladder made of SS41 steel CE standard for safe operator access and efficient material handling.
Variable Frequency Traction Unit
Haul-off driven type: motor drives gear box with rotating speed controlled by inverter. The gap is adjustable, applying to different specification products for versatile production.
Safe Foaming Agent Injection Unit
Injecting valve core material is stainless steel with shockproof pressure gauge 60MPa. Output regulation regulates the itinerary of piston. Equipped with explosion-proof motor drive for safe operation.
Auto Meter Counter
Equipped with automatic length-measuring device to control cutting length of products automatically. Count control: meter controller can be preset alarming with adjustable settings for precise production.
Auto-cutting System
Features cylinder-driven knife movement system ensuring precise and stable cutting force for consistent product dimensions. Reliable cutting performance for foam pipe and rod production.
