Extruded Polystyrene Rigid Foam Insulation Board Machine Process:
Grade 1 Extrusion System: Includes an extruder to heat and extrude polystyrene resin and other additives.
Mixing and Feeding Machine: Used for mixing and feeding raw materials to ensure uniform blending.
Foam Agent Injection System: Injects foam agents to introduce a cellular structure for improved insulation performance.
Hydraulic Net-Exchange System: Implements net exchange through a hydraulic system to ensure the quality of the produced boards.
Grade 2 Extrusion System: Similar to the Grade 1 extrusion system, further extruding and forming the boards.
Extrusion Die Head and Mould Calibrating: Calibration of die head and mold to ensure accurate dimensions and shapes of the boards.
Transmission and Cooling System: Provides a transmission system and cooling equipment to control the temperature and shape of the extruded boards.
Draw-off System: Uses a draw-off system to stretch the boards to the desired size and thickness.
Cutting System: Utilizes a cutting system to cut the continuously extruded boards into insulation boards of specific dimensions.
Packing System: Performs the final packaging, preparing the product for transportation and use.
