How to laminate epe foam sheets?

Material Preparation: Start by selecting the EPE foam sheet to be laminated and the desired laminating material (PE film, aluminum foil, plastic-coated paper, etc.).
Machine Setup: Use an EPE foam laminating film machine (also called an EPE foam bonding machine). Adjust the machine settings according to the thickness and type of materials to be bonded.
Heating: The laminating machine heats the EPE foam sheet and the laminating material, softening them to ensure a strong bond.
Lamination Process: The heated EPE foam sheet is passed through rollers along with the laminating material. The pressure from the rollers helps bond the layers together.
