Raw Materials & Working Process

Material Melting

Film Extrusion
Molten plastic is forced through a T-die to form a thin, continuous film layer with precise thickness control.
Vacuum Forming
A vacuum forming roller creates air pockets with adjustable bubble size (6mm, 10mm, or custom) and density.
Cooling & Winding
Film is cooled by water or air to solidify bubbles, then wound into rolls for cutting, laminating, or bag-making.
