- The EPE foam fruit net machine operates on a multi – step process. First, the raw material, typically LDPE (Low – Density Polyethylene) granules, is fed into the extruder. Inside the extruder, the granules are melted under high temperature and pressure. A screw mechanism then propels the molten plastic forward.
- As the molten plastic exits the extruder, it passes through a die. The die is designed to shape the plastic into a continuous sheet with a specific pattern. At the same time, a foaming agent, such as butane, is injected into the molten plastic stream. The foaming agent causes the plastic to expand, creating the characteristic foam structure.
- After passing through the die, the foam – formed net is cooled. This is usually achieved through a combination of air and water cooling methods. The cooled EPE foam net is then wound onto a roll or cut into specific lengths, depending on the production requirements.
With the extrusion mould changed, The machine can produce many kinds and size of epe foam nets, foam pipes and foam tubes. It also can product different color of foam nets or foam pipes in condition of adding the color master batches.
