Production Description
The egg tray production line uses waste paper, cardboard and paper mill leftovers as raw materials. A hydropulper turns them into pulp of certain density, which is then vacuum-adsorbed by a special metal mold to form wet products, and finally dried and shaped into finished products.

Egg Tray Production Line Unit
1. Pulping System
Put waste paper into the pulper, add water and stir to make pulp, then store it in the pulp storage tank. Transfer the pulp to the mixing tank to adjust concentration, homogenize and stir further, and finally send the qualified pulp to the supply tank for the forming system.
2. Forming System
Feed the pulp from the supply tank into the forming machine; the vacuum system absorbs the pulp, leaving it on the mold to form, while the vacuum pump recycles white water. After adsorption, the air compressor’s positive pressure blows the formed product from the forming mold to the transfer mold, then sends it out.
3. Drying System
Three drying methods are available: natural drying (relying on weather and wind); traditional drying (brick tunnel kiln, with heat sources like natural gas, diesel, coal); new multi-layer drying line (6-layer metal structure, saving over 30% energy, using clean energy such as natural gas, methanol).
4. Finished Product Auxiliary Packaging
Equipped with automatic stackers, balers and transfer conveyors to complete packaging and handling.
Working Process
The production process of egg tray carton making machine starts with feeding the waste paper into a hydropulper, which processes the raw materials into pulp of a certain density.
